Which service do I need if I am not sure what is wrong?

Call (602) 680-9700 and describe what the door is doing and what you heard. Most problems can be narrowed down on the phone: a loud bang and a heavy door usually means a spring, a crooked door often means a cable or track, and a door that reverses usually points to the opener or its sensors. The technician confirms the cause on site before any work starts.

Do you give a price before starting work?

Yes. Every job starts with a free estimate, and you get the price before any work begins. If we find something else during the visit, we stop and explain it, and nothing extra is done without your approval. We do not publish prices online because the cost depends on your door, its weight and which parts it needs.

Do you install new garage doors and openers, or only repair them?

Both. We repair existing doors and openers, install new LiftMaster and other openers, and replace doors with new ones from Clopay, C.H.I. and Unique. If a repair would cost close to what a new door or opener costs, we tell you and let you compare the two before deciding.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Chandler and serve Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction and Scottsdale.
